رانيا المشاط تمثل مصر في فعالية CNN بمناقشة التحولات الاقتصادية في أفريقيا

تشارك الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاثنين، في فعالية لمناقشة "تحولات الأوضاع الاقتصادية في القارة الأفريقية" التي تنظمها شبكة CNN International، فى العاصمة لندن بالمملكة المتحدة، والتى تجمع نخبة من القادة السياسيين وصناع القرار الدوليين وممثلي القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الدولية، لمناقشة دور أفريقيا كقارة محورية في عصر التحولات العالمية.

وتستهدف المشاركة المصرية في الفعالية تعزيز دور مصر داخل القارة الأفريقية، وتسليط الضوء على الجهود الوطنية في دعم أولويات التنمية وتعظيم الشراكات الدولية، إلى جانب التأكيد على أهمية الاستثمار في أفريقيا كقارة واعدة تمتلك فرصًا تنموية ضخمة في مجالات التحول الأخضر، البنية التحتية المستدامة، سلاسل الإمداد، وتمويل التنمية.

وتشهد الفعالية، التي تنظمها CNN International، نقاشات معمقة حول مستقبل الاقتصاد الأفريقي، وأدوات القيادة والتحوّل، وسبل تعظيم الفرص الاقتصادية من خلال الابتكار، وتمكين الشباب وريادة الأعمال، وبناء شراكات تحقق أثرًا تنمويًا مستدامًا على مستوى أفريقيا والعالم.

وصرحت الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، بأن أفريقيا أصبحت شريكًا في صياغة مستقبل العالم، وأن التعاون الدولي القائم على الاحترام المتبادل وتبادل الخبرات هو السبيل لبناء عالم أكثر توازنًا واستدامة.

ومن المقرر أن تعقد جلسات نقاشية بقيادة كبار صحفيي CNN مثل كريستيان أمانبور، ريتشارد كويست، زين آشر، جيم سيوتو، إيليني جيوكوس، ولاري مادوو.

Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation, participates today, Monday, in an event organized by CNN International in London to discuss “Global Perspectives on Africa” in a session on “Alliances That Scale”, discussing economic transformations across the continent. The event brings together prominent political leaders, international decision-makers, private sector representatives, and international institutions to explore Africa’s role as a pivotal continent in an era of global transformation.

Egypt’s participation in the event aims to strengthen the country’s role within the African continent, highlight national efforts to support development priorities and expand international partnerships, and emphasize the importance of investing in Africa as a promising continent with vast development opportunities in areas such as the green transition, sustainable infrastructure, supply chains, and development financing.

The CNN International event features in-depth discussions on the future of the African economy, leadership and transformation tools, and ways to maximize economic opportunities through innovation, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and building partnerships that generate sustainable development impact across Africa and the world.

Dr. Rania Al-Mashat stated that Africa has become a key partner in shaping the future of the world, emphasizing that international cooperation based on mutual respect and the exchange of expertise is the path toward building a more balanced and sustainable global order.
